IT Systems Transition - UK wide



Client - Falck UK Ambulance Services
Background
Our client is the leading provider of ambulance services globally and was undergoing a major IT transition process. All ambulance operations and support services software was to be upgraded to a new suite of globally consistent systems.
Our role
We were engaged to provide programme leadership for the IT transition process in the UK. Key elements of our work:
- Working closely with software vendors and a Europe-wide project team to deliver at pace for the UK organisation
- Oversight of all project work streams
- Project planning, reporting and risk tracking/escalation
- Detailed operational process mapping, working closely with existing teams
- System test management and detailed transition planning
- Leading internal and client-side communications of the systems’ benefits and transition activities
Our impact
We provided end-to-end leadership and support for the project, playing a key role in the successful delivery of a new suite of systems for our client. We were retained for a number a further projects, expanding our role across commercial and contract mobilisation support.
