Background
A new contact opportunity had been released to the market at short notice and was identified by our client as a key opportunity.
Our role
Our client had not been actively bidding for new healthcare contracts for some time. Our task was to work fast and efficiently to gather new information from across the organisation and write a high quality bid in a short time window. Key elements of our work:
- Detailed content capture sessions with client SMEs
- Tailoring our tried and test bid process to fit the timeline and produce the best possible bid
- Writing a high quality bid from scratch alongside detailed commercial analysis and pricing
- Designing a new suite of infographics to support the bid
- Bid wash-up session with client leadership team to identify and plan further bidding improvements
Our Impact
A high quality bid delivered in a timescale which would not have been possible with only the existing team. This bid set a new high standard to which future bids could be developed. We provided a clear roadmap for further improvements which could be taken forward by the team.
