Creating a new bid content library

Client - TASL

Background
Our Client is a large healthcare services provider who, after a period of consolidation, was planning to return to bidding for new contracts.   Our client had not been active in the market for some time and was in need of new library of high quality, reusable bid collateral

Our role
Starwood Consulting was engaged to plan and deliver a full library of new bid content which could be reused by the existing team to deliver contract wins for our client. Key elements of our work:

- Working with the client senior team to identify the value proposition for the business
- Detailed content capture sessions with client SMEs
- Designing a new suite of infographics, aligned to key bid messages and value proposition
- Writing 43,000 words of new bid collateral, demonstrating the full capability of the organisation
- Structuring new bid content carefully for ease of future use
- Conducting a detailed handover of all new bid assets to the client's substantive team
- Delivery of a project washup report, identifying a roadmap for longer-term ongoing improvements

Our Impact
We delivered a fast step-change in bid quality for our client, accelerating their bid success potential years ahead of where it may have been without support.
